Justice for all - efficiency audit USD 1 760

Administrative costs (non-sector allocable)

Description

The Embassy of Sweden in Addis Abeba has received an application for financial support from an organisation called Justice for All (JFA). The JFA is operating in the area of rule of law and human rights and have several years of experience from working within that area in Ethiopia. JFA has previously obtained financial support from donors like Norway, Denmark, DfiD, USAID and the Netherlands Embassy. JFA has now developed a joint programme proposal for all of above donors, except the USAID. Since JFA is a new partner to the Embassy, the Embassy is planning to conduct an efficiency audit of the organisation to assess their internal control systems as well as their capacity to manage the future joint programme. This contribution includes therefore a procurement of an audit company to conduct the efficiency audit. The Embassy's framework agreement for audits will be used. A.W. Thomas L.P Chartered Certified Accountant will be procured to conduct the audit.
