Applications are assessed on the basis of clear and transparent criteria and in three separate steps - this, to assure an independent and transparent process. REACT also supports capacity development of enterprises in a variety of areas, brokering service for successful companies to access capital for scaling up, learning and advocacy on national and regional issues (laws, rules, licensing, trade barriers etc.).
