They will also participate and contribute to the democratization process in Turkey based on Kamer´s principles against violence, hierarchy and discrimination. As part of their objective for empowerment of women, the organization has also achieved results through providing support to women who have been exposed to violence and who would like to be employed. The organization has also played a bridging role among public officials and women to inform women on protective measures if and when they are exposed to violence. Kamer's support to a couple of up-and-coming women's organizations in the region is also appreciated by those organizations and constitute a good result. Kamer continues to improve its organizational capacity at the HQ and provincial level and their final work in increasing their capacity on climate change and its impact on women is a good example of
