STA asked for cost extension to do the additionall work on proposal, and the Embassy granted the cost extension of SEK 1.2 million. The second more elaborate draft proposal was submitted in December 2020. After this, there has been still continuous dialogue on further proposal improvement in terms of mainstreaming Sida development perspective and anti-corruption, and budget structure set up that would allow a clear budget follow up etc. The last draft proposal with all annexes was submitted on 25 May 2020 even with the activity period for the new 3-year contribution (Plan-it 12787) started 1 January 2020.\nIn addition to the above cost extension, the Embassy also made 2 no-cost agreement amendments to:\n1) extend the activity period from 31 January 2019 to 1 September 2019, and\n2) approve the reallocation between fees and reimbursables of SEK 54 309.81 as requested in by STA.\nThe Embassy's experience is that the preparation of the project required quite a lot of efforts and
