Additionally, follow up to new mothers and their babies, especially in areas where hospital access is limited was also provided. Midwives additionally provided lifesaving support, assisted with deliveries, and provided maternal care especially in Gaza where many deliveries occured outside of the hospitals.\nGBV:\nIn addition to establishing safe spaces within several fixed clinics, PMRS significantly expanded its outreach by deploying mobile teams composed of general practitioners, women's health specialists, nurses, midwives, social workers, and psychologists. These multidisciplinary teams delivered essential sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and robust gender based\nviolence (GBV) response interventions directly to communities in need. A holistic, survivor centred approach was adopted, integrating psychosocial support to ensure that women and girls affected by trauma or violence received comprehensive care and assistance.\nAs a result of these efforts, 45,432 individuals benefited from PMRS services. \nThis included:\n9,296 individuals who received basic psychosocial support outside of case management (6,131 in Gaza and 3,165 in the West Bank). \n\n17,747 at risk women and girls who accessed at least one GBV related service (11,705 in Gaza and 6,042 in the West Bank).\n14,809 at risk GBV survivors who received comprehensive GBV case management services (9,767 in Gaza and 5,042 in the West Bank).\n3,580 individuals who benefited from specialised services addressing the needs of sexual violence survivors, including case management (2,315 in Gaza and 1,265 in the West Bank).\nSRHR and GBV education and awareness raising reached a total 235,794 beneficiaries.\nPMRS launched an urgent and far reaching emergency response, rapidly scaling up operations to confront the unprecedented health crisis engulfing Gaza and the West Bank.  \n48 mobile medical teams were deployed to the most severely affected areas, delivering critical, lifesaving care to communities isolated by violence and destruction. \nAt the same time, 15 fixed PMRS primary healthcare clinics were reinforced to absorb overwhelming demand and maintain uninterrupted access to essential health services.\nPMRS overall reached a  total of 2,782,881 beneficiaries, provided with various services (curative, preventive, awareness,
