The program will also help local entrepreneurs to connect with sources of finance, providing them with the means to innovate. To do this, the program will rely on a multi-actor process involving both public actors, local entrepreneurs and civil society organizations.\n\nThe Innov-Rec program seeks to contribute to environmental and economic resilience with links to peace and social cohesion.
