Of these, 70% comprise urban refugees, while 30% comprise host community entrepreneurs. Nairobi based CSLAs are further divided into vulnerable (30 CSLAs) and non Vulnerable (200 CSLAs). In Mandera, 15 are vulnerable (consisting of members with additional vulnerabilities such as living with a disability), while 85 are non vulnerable.\n\nKey results\n\n1. 112 CSLAs (102 Nairobi) (10 Mandera) have opened accounts at KCB Bank. The groups can now access credit once the group lending facility is up and running.\n\n2. Through the guarantee, 67 loans totaling to SEK 3 238 324 have been disbursed to individuals and businesses by KCB Bank. Most of these loans have been disbursed at the Kakuma branch. It is important to note that the highest amount of loan disbursed is to a Burundian woman who is a refugee entrepreneur in the transport business. The loan was Ksh. 10,208,187.00 or SEK. 760,408.\n\n3. 9 CSLAs accessed a total of 53 359 SEK through the projects Revolving Fund in Nairobi. No defaults have been recorded and repayments have been timely. The CSLAs have used the funds to start group income generating activities that supplement their collective incomes while repaying the loan.\n\n4. Financial Literacy training in collaboration with the KCB Foundation have managed to reach 306 CSLAs consisting of 5,248 participants (1,093 M: 4,155 F) since the project started. 196 CSLAs, consisting of 2619 participants (455 M: 2164 F) have been trained on entrepreneurship using the International Labour Organization (ILO) curricula (Entrepreneurship Together (GET Ahead) and Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB)\n\n5. Advocacy for the long term, sustainable financial inclusion of refugees. The project continued its advocacy efforts to ensure access to documentation such as refugee ID cards, KRA PIN Personal Identification Numbers, SIM cards, certificates of registration for groups by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and business permits and licenses.\n\nTo date,\n\n- 241 CSLAs consisting of 3,062 members (794 M: 2,268 F) have been trained on Preregistration and obtained a certificate either as a self help group (SHG) or CBO (community based organization).\n- 173 refugees (82M: 91F) were supported to acquire Refugee ID cards.\n- 175 refugees (111M: 64F) were
