A national network meeting in 2025 brought together 34 participants from 20 organisations, enhancing skills in advocacy, public speaking, media engagement, and security, while fostering solidarity across programmes funded by Sweden and the EU.\n\nThrough regional advocacy collaboration, partner organisations contributed directly to the European Parliaments 2025 report, with a followup meeting scheduled for 2026.\n\nAdditional trainings in digital security, finance, and AI further reinforced partners operational capacities.\n\nKey partner achievements throughout 2025 include:\n\n- Akcija Zdruzhenska, through synergy with EU funded programmes, expanded women's advocacy capacities and participation across nearly one quarter of all municipalities in North Macedonia. Activities included national level advocacy engagements and sustained efforts to strengthen WCSO participation in policy dialogue.\n\n- Glasen Tekstilec provided legal aid to 1,260 women, securing outcomes that strengthened enforcement of labor rights and anti discrimination legislation. Important cases included precedent setting decisions on intersectional discrimination and successful interventions against unlawful labor practices in textile companies.\n\n- EcHO Shtip offered legal support to 187 women and psycho-social assistance to 202 survivors of GBV, using a multi-sectoral, survivor- centered model. It delivered free legal representation in 63 cases and coordinated high risk interventions, demonstrated by its effective response to a severe domestic violence case involving multiple victims.\n\n- The Organisation Zena Delchevo advanced women's civic participation in remote rural areas. For the first time, rural and Roma women contributed directly to the Delchevo municipal budget for 2026. The organisation also facilitated engagement with the Women's Parliamentary Caucus, provided free legal aid to 253 clients, supported economic empowerment for 55 women, and helped 13 women secure employment.\n\n- The support through the National Networks sub-granting scheme strengthened local WCSOs presence, enhanced access to justice for survivors, and improved enforcement of GBV legislation in under-served municipalities.\n\nSidas assessment is that the direct support, re-granting, capacity development, and collaborative advocacy continue to strengthen the feminist movement, enabling local WCSOs to sustain essential services, expand their influence, and contribute to long-term, sustainable progress in women's rights and gender equality in North Macedonia.\nThe implemented
