IAP 3.0 is a concrete tool for mobilizing the private sector to contribute to sustainable development by scaling relevant innovations that help improve the situation for people living in poverty. \n\nAs Fund Manager of IAP 3.0, SNV will manage a transparent selection process aimed to identify the innovators with the highest potential for achieving development results. Following a thorough due diligence-process the selected innovators will receive a tailored financial- and capacity building support. Said financial support (i.e.assigned ticket size of the CF) will range from 50 000 EUR to a maximum of 200 000 EUR which is disbursed using a milestone-based approach.  \n\nBased on the lessons learnt from IAP2, this phase of the programme is anchored in a reinforced approach around the tailoring of the capacity-building\u002FTA support for the innovators. IAP 3.0 will further move from a sector-focus to opening a window of applications anchored in thematic prioirity areas. Another new feature is that a select group of former IAP-grantees will be offered targeted TA as part of a new alumni-component of IAP 3.0 (promoting scalability and increased replication).\n\nIAP 3.0 will be implemented from July 2024 to March 2027.
