Here are the examples of change in attitude, behaviour or relations as a result of project activities:\n\n- Output 1.1.1 Business Support Services through Local Partnerships and Business Associations: CSO \"The League of Business and Professional Women\", one of implementing BSOs, conducted training programs for 239 unique beneficiaries (which is above the 200 planned). 92% of participants have already applied the tools and approaches in practice (practical knowledge in management, finance, team leadership, and adapting business models) as confirmed by the post-course survey. \n\n- Output 1.1.2 Provision of micro-business grants (MBGs): 75 grantees (out of 120 planned for the overall project period) received grants until January 2026, and reported on average a 70.29% increase in income during July 2025 to January 2026, indicating a strong and rapid financial impact of the micro-grants. Income growth was observed within 23 months after receiving the grant, reflecting the time required to install equipment and adapt production processes. Beyond income growth, micro-grants generated broader socio-economic effects as many grantees expanded their activities toward social entrepreneurship, returned to small towns and villages, contributed to local economic recovery, and created new jobs, including for vulnerable groups that supported social inclusion and community resilience.\n\n- Output 1.2.1. Multi-sectoral vocational education trainings for adults: based on the 2025 labour market assessment, Helvetas delivered tailored short- and long-term training for vulnerable groups, prioritizing construction, renewable energy, metalworking, and emerging sectors like agrarian drone operations, with 60% women in male-dominated roles. Early outcomes show strong alignment with labour market demand, inclusivity, and effective collaboration with partners, creating solid conditions for achieving the objectives.\n\n- Output 1.2.2. Tech reskilling bootcamp, implemented by Beetroot Academy: 329 participants from vulnerable groups like veterans, IDPs, people with disabilities have been enrolled in seven digital training programs. Early outcomes indicate high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction, low dropout rates, and initial employment placements, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of the Project interventions. Overall, the combined efforts of the implementing partners have fostered measurable progress toward objectives with more than 50% reach.\n\n- Output  1.3.1 Psychological support offered to women and vulnerable groups seeking employment: NGO \"Resource Center\" implemented the component in cooperation with rehabilitation centers, veteran organizations, the Region State Employment Services and other relevant organizations in 6 target regions. After participating in individual psychological consultations, beneficiaries reported improvement in their psychological state. In particular, participants stated:\nreducing emotional stress (relief, calm, switching attention) - 20,4%; reduced level of anxiety - 12,0%; formation of motivation and goals - 8,0%; improving of self-presentation skills - 7,6%. The project has achieved 93-96% of its support targets.\n\n- Output 2.3. VET providers' operations are oriented towards inclusive labour market needs: analysis of 1,000 military specializations and matching of respective skills and competences against civil professions to enable employers to better recognize veteran competencies. The report was delivered to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and National Qualification Agency for future policy decisions.\n\nOther results include training and capacity-building initiatives for Ukrainian labour market authorities to increase their institutional capacity in inclusive policies for women and vulnerable groups and align policies with the EU, promoting business solutions through digital marketplace Diia.Business platform, and communication campaigns to support the VET component and present results of Labour Market Assessment 2025.
