Bhomra Land Port är en av gränsövergångarna till Indien där många lastbilar dagligen  passerar med matvaror och byggmaterial. Under 2024 har alliansen stöttat Bangladesh Land Port Authority och det lokala näringslivet genom att digitalisera flertalet av de olika stegen kring, inklusive digitala betalningssystem. Systemet uppges ha minskat kostnader och ledtider vid gränsövergången och stärkt förtroendet mellan tjänstemän och privata aktörer som logistikproffs samt importörer och exportörer. Till partnerskap tar UNICEF med sig sin kunskap och nätverk inom den humanitära sektorn och GATF bidrar med sin expertis kring digitalisering och förenkling av tullprocesser. Under 2021-2022 arbetade GATF och UNICEF  i Mocambique och för att minska ledtider för import av vaccin.
