Design approval rate: 87% The Client i.e., Tanesco under the support of TA consultant (SWECO) is closely monitoring the contractors design progress to expedite completion and facilitate the start of equipment manufacturing.\n\nSite Establishment:\nLot 1: The contractor is demobilizing unused equipment during the defect liability period.\nLot 2: The contractor has fully established the site, with all necessary machinery and staff in place for project execution.\n\nPlanned Work for the Next Period:\nLot 1: Continues under the defect liability period following the April 13, 2024, handover. \nLot 2: Renovation of intake gate equipment Installation of new equipment at the power station and substation and Construction of a new switchgear system at the substation. The contract completion for Lot 2 remains set for August 30, 2025, but proactive measures are required to address delays and ensure timely delivery.\n\nEvaluating the results outlined in the progress report, considering the achieved milestones, financial expenditure, project scope, and overall objectives, the\nintervention remains on track.
