Sedan 2013 redovisas forskningsinsatserna på ett separat avräkningskonto och det är därför naturligt att forskningsinsatserna forsatt har en separat insats för programutveckling - forksings-PUM.\n\nEtt antal olika enskilda uppdrag kommer att financieras ur fonden, t.ex. bakgrundsstudier inför beredning, utvärderingar och uppföljningsrelaterade studier samt kunskapsspridande aktiviteter i form av seminarier, publikationer och översättningar. Vidare finansierar fonden revisionstjänster som faller utanför avtalsbeslutade partnerrevisioner, som t.ex. systemrevision och stöd till tolkning av revisioner.\n\nVarje enskild komponent inom programinstasen bör inte överskrida en tidsram på sex månader, ha en begränsad utformning, samt vara kopplad till tydliga resultat. \nResultat för utvecklingsinsatsen bidrar till att uppnå av regeringen beslutade strategimål eller motsvarande samt är förenliga med övriga av regeringen beslutande styrande dokument.\n\nVarje separat komponent ska:\n(i) beslutas om i ett separat beslut;\n(ii)
