In Somalia, IDLO works with selected national authorities to curb illicit financial\nflows that benefit Al Shabaab and other terrorist groups. IDLO helped refer 91\ncases and provided mentors to national bodies to support the procecution\nprocess.\n3. In Afghanistan, IDLO was able to maintain collaboration with CSOs and other\nindependent legal services to assist mainly women and girls in resolvng legal\ndisputes in relation to family law and inheritance law.\n4. In Kenya, IDLO continued to support the small claims court which speeds up\nthe legal proceedings of minor commercial disputes which often hampers\neconomic activities that affect livelihoods of those involved.\n5. In Rwanda, IDLO supported alternative dispute mechanisms to manage land\ndisputes in line with the national law. The program reached out using radio and\nempowered people to reach settlement of land disputes.\n6. IDLO also strengthened its international partnerships and welcomed a new\nmember state in Cyprus. It continues to raise attention for SDG 16 in particular\naccess to justice through an annual high level meeting, in recent years at the\nUN.\n\nIDLO also developed its internal systems including a new SEAH policy and a\nnew human resources management system as well as a business travel security and
