Stödet har därmed ökat Ukrainas förmåga att utreda och åtala krigsbrott som begåtts \nunder Rysslands fullskaliga invasion, såväl som andra internationella brott. Stödet bygger ett mer resilient och modernt rättsväsende i Ukraina och har därför bidragit även till att uppnå de krav som ställs på ett EU-medlemskap och bidrar till Ukrainas \nEU närmande. Throughout the year, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) – in cooperation with the EU Advisory Mission Ukraine (EUAM) – has supported Ukraine’s ability to uphold the rule of law by upgrading the digital infrastructure of the Ukrainian justice system.
