Implementing partners are Economic Policy Research Institute (EPRI); a  South-Africa based research institute, in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service (AF). In this programme, AF is also coordinating the contribution of other Swedish expert authorities relevant in the area of social protection (Swedish Pensions Agency, The Swedish Social Insurance Agency, The Swedish Tax Agency). \n\nThe objective of the ITP is to contribute to improved social protection systems to better tackle poverty, vulnerability, inequality (both gender and economic), social exclusion and to contribute to inclusive social development and equitable economic growth.
