Coachen har även \nlett workshoppar för marina förvaltare tillsammans med HaV, som ser detta som\nett viktigt steg mot lokalt ägarskap och skalbarhet. (SwAM Ocean 2 verksamhetsrapport 2025, s. 7)\n\nPå kort sikt har insatsen även bidragit till ökad kapacitet hos projektansvariga,\nmarina förvaltare och forskare att identifiera, analysera och hantera\njämställdhetsrelaterade risker och oönskade bieffekter i skydd och förvaltning av\nmarina ekosystem. Ett centralt resultat är utvecklingen av ett fördjupat verktyg - en jämställdhetslins - som svar på identifierade behov och lärdomar från\nprocessen. (Verksamhetsrapport 2025\u002FBilaga 5, s.1). \nHaV:s arbete bidrog bl.a. till att Kenya stärkte integreringen av fattigdoms och\njämställdhetsperspektiv i sin kommande Strategic \nEnvironmental and Social Assessment för havsplanering (SESA), samt har\nanvänts på Madagaskar i en fallstudie som tittade på gender och \nfattigdomsperspektiv inom havsplanering i regionerna Sofia och Boen. Resultat,\ndata och lärdomar från studien har använts för att ta fram lokala havsplaner i\nlandet. (verksamhetsrapport 2025, s. 11).\n\nRegionala havskonventioner som HaV samarbetar med brottas i stor\nutsträckning med liknande miljöproblem men saknar systematiska möjligheter att\nlära av hur andra regioner har hanterat liknande \nutmaningar i praktiken på teknisk och operativ nivå. Under 2025 anordnade\ndärför HaV ett digitalt evenemang för kunskapsutbyte mellan regionala\nhavskonventioner tillsammans med Nairobikonventionen (Västra Indiska\nOceanen) och COBSEA (Sydostasien) med deltagare även från HELCOM och\nOSPAR.  Evenemanget resulterade i värdefulla dialoger, lyfte fram \ngemensamma erfarenheter och synliggjorde praktiska strategier för att hantera\nliknande miljömässiga påfrestningar i olika regioner. Deltagarna betonade\nfördelarna med samarbete och kunskapsinlärning \nmellan regionerna samt uttryckte ett starkt intresse för att fortsätta delta i\nframtida kunskapsutbyten.
