WIN konstaterar att det finns efterfrågan på t.ex. utbildningar kring integritet\u002Fanti-korruption hos vattenleverantörer och tillsynsmyndigheter och skulle kunna skala upp hundrafalt om finansiering fanns.\n\nBland konkreta resultat finns att WINs partners i Mexiko och Kenya har stöttats i sitt arbete vilket resulterat i ett nytt ramverk (the Chiapas agenda) för vattenresurser antagits i Mexiko. WIN stöttade kommunikationsinsatser kring detta i Mexiko som ledde till över 100 inlägg i nationell och internationell media, annat kommunikationsmaterial och workshops samt presskonferenser med beslutsfattare. I Kenya har partners, efter många år av arbete lagt en motion för att förbjuda sextortion (sexuell korruption eller utpressning) för bland annat tillgång till vatten i Kenya.  Även i Bangladesh har en av WINs partner organiserat en högnivådialog som följts upp i media.\n\nMålet att engagera WASH-aktörer generellt, så som vattenverk, vattenkommittéer eller andra tjänsteleverantörer och få dessa att inkorporera integritetsprinciper i sina organisationer går långsamt framåt. Behovet erkänns men också att det behövs mer kapacitetsstärkande. Producerade riktlinjer i Mexiko har genererat intresse och spridits. I Bangladesh har två mindre vattensystemorganisationer introducerat grundläggande redovisning av intäkter och regelbunden återrapportering på möten med användarna. Användningen av verktyget Integrity Management Toolboox for Small Water Supply Systems har används i två samhällen vilket resulterat i ökat engagemang från allmänheten och högre betalningsvillighet samt stärkt lokala myndigheters involvering, vilka också ökade budgetanslag för vatten i de årliga utvecklingsplanerna. (s. 10) Likaså har utvärderingar av WINs partners arbete vid två vattenverk i Kenya, KWASA och CWASA visat på positiva förändringar på kundrelationer, fakturering och arbetskulturen. (s.13) Ytterligare minst tre vattenverk har börjat använda WINs verktyg. \n\nWIN mäter även hur globala och regionala vatten- och sanitetsorganisationer inkorporerar och lyfter integritet och anti-korruption löpande inom sina verksamhetsområden och konstaterar att mer kan göras. Samarbeten görs med Unicef, Världsbanken, OECD Water Governance och WHO med flera.\n\nPå outputnivå (aktiviteter eller produkter) konstateras att 14 målsättningar uppfyllts, varav många var satta till nästkommande år.
