Miljöhelpdeskens arbete är enbart efterfrågestyrt och svarar upp mot de beställningar som kommer från Sida. Uppnådda resultat är därmed de leveranser de gör på beställningar. Då helpdeskens uppdrag är brett inom miljö och klimat så är insatsens resultat relevanta för samtliga mål inom strategin för globala miljösamarbeten 2022-2026.\n\nAckumulerat under året utförde Helpdesken 153 nya uppdrag, motsvarande 5 997 timmar. Den allmänna efterfrågan på helpeskens tjänster minskade något under 2024 jämfört med 2023, både vad gäller antalet \"nya\" förfrågningar och \"antal arbetade timmar\". Det har antagits av Helpdesken att den lägre efterfrågan är relaterad till omorganisationen på Sida under 2024 och specifikt kopplad till den senare delen av året.\n\nExempel på genomförda uppdrag 2025\n\n2025-053. Kartläggning av globala aktörer inom vattenområdet\nSyfte: (GLOBAL\u002FKLIMAT) begärde tillsammans med andra kollegor att Helpdesken skulle genomföra en kartläggning i syfte att identifiera potentiellt relevanta aktörer att samarbeta med när det gäller vattenresurser, WASH och andra relaterade strategiska prioriteringar för Sida. Ett krav var att kartläggningen skulle omfatta organisationer med ett globalt eller flerländersperspektiv. Rent regionala och\u002Feller nationella aktörer ingick inte i uppdraget.\n\nResultat\u002FSlutsatser: Kartläggningen, som genomfördes som en skrivbordsstudie, resulterade i två leveranser: Ett Excel-ark som omfattade 68 aktörer där aspekter såsom potential för klimatanpassning och klimatbegränsning, engagemang från den privata sektorn, mobilisering av kapital etc. ingick. Baserat på denna bredare kartläggning tog Helpdesk fram en kortare rapport där 11 aktörer lyftes fram som kunde vara av särskilt intresse för Sida.\n\n2025-088. NDC-partnerskapet\nSyfte: (GLOBAL\u002FKLIMAT) bad Helpdesken att bistå Sida med att granska de dokument som NDC-partnerskapet tagit fram under året. Dokumenten omfattade riskmatrisen, planen för övervakning och utvärdering (M&E) samt därefter M&E-ramverket.\n\nResultat\u002Fslutsatser: Helpdesken konstaterar att NDCP var lyhörd för förslag och att den senaste versionen av M&E-ramverksdokumentet var väl utarbetat, tydligt och i enlighet med gängse praxis för resultatbaserad förvaltning.\n\nHelpdesken rekommenderar att: NDCP definierar vissa av M&E-begreppen och -metoderna för att förbättra informationens användbarhet och göra jämförelser (mellan länder och\u002Feller år) mer genomförbara och relevanta; att partnernas självbedömning kan valideras i de externa utvärderingarna efter halva tiden och i slutet; och att NDCP reflekterar över M&E-ramverkets användbarhet och lämplighet när det väl har testats (till exempel i MTR).\n\n2025-036. Klimat och sårbarhetsanalys\nSyfte: (RESULTAT\u002FTEMA1) bad Helpdesk att ta fram en analys av klimatrelaterad sårbarhet i de regioner där Sida är verksamt. Genom en genomgång av befintlig forskningslitteratur och grå litteratur har en rapport på svenska tagits fram, där klimat- och sårbarhetsrisker kopplade till Sidas verksamhet samt de förväntade utmaningarna i regionerna och sektorerna beskrivs. Rapporten kommer att bidra till den uppdaterade klimat- och sårbarhetsanalysen, som kommer att användas för att ompröva inriktningen och utformningen av Sidas klimatanpassningsarbete och tjäna som underlag för att fastställa mål för myndighetens anpassningsarbete.",{"title":308,"description":310,"measure":312,"ascending":206},{"narrative":309},"Not
