This effort enabled the reports findings to reach a thematic audience before the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), placing the rights violations of the ethnic population on the agenda of public opinion and multilateral bodies.\n\nDuring 2025, 329 women victims of gender-based violence and violence within the framework of the armed conflict received legal support (107 women before the ordinary justice system and 222 women accredited before the Transitional\nJustice system, the JEP), and 82 women and LGBTIQ individuals received psychosocial support, including in some cases international legal representation before the IACHR and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) Committee.\n\nApproximately 232 people (93% of them womensocial leaders, Indigenous, Afrodescendant, rural, students, and migrants) participated in seven (7) training processes aimed at strengthening their comprehensive empowerment and the exercise of rights, in areas such as political leadership, gender and violence, the care economy, sexual and reproductive rights, and gender and intersectionality.\n\nWith the support of the Program, partner organizations implemented throughout 2025 a comprehensive communication and social awareness strategy with high impact that contributes to transforming social imaginaries, rejecting violence, promoting equality, and building citizen support for peace. At the same time, they amplified the voices of victims and positioned feminist analyses on the public agenda, helping to keep this issue a political and social priority.\n\nThe 14th edition of the National Human Rights Award consolidated its position as one of the main platforms for recognizing and raising the visibility of individuals and organizations defending human rights in Colombia. The Award\nexpanded its territorial reach and saw broad participation from national and international actors, including the European Union and the United Nations in addition to the Embassy.\n\nAt least eight specialized reports were produced on political violence, the humanitarian crisis, and impacts on human rights defenders. These were used by the Constitutional Court, United Nations bodies, the InterAmerican\nCommission on Human Rights (IACHR), and international cooperation actors. Through this documentary production, partner organizations continue to serve as technical references for monitoring the human rights situation and the conditions of those who defend them.\n\nPartner organizations achieved concrete progress through policy dialogue and direct influence on the National Protection System and the Comprehensive Public Policy of Guarantees for human rights defenders, incorporating differential approaches for women, Indigenous peoples, peasant communities, Afro descendant communities, and the LGBTIQ population.\n\nIn 2025 the Swedish Fund supported 19 organisations, covering 11 departments and reaching 9.492 people. 65% of the organisations supported had little or none experience working with international cooperation, this means that the fund is working with local organisations.\n\nTripartite projects of the Swedish Fund produced valuable results. The work with the Land Restitution Unit developed a participatory model for returning land to peasant collectives, which could be scaled up to 61 collective cases in different
