Progress was made in all areas of the project during this year. In the Entrepreneurship chapter, the project has trained the last cohort in each city. This brought to an end the training activities outside the co-working spaces, coaching, jurdging and incubation; the other steps are set to continue, particularly in Kinshasa, which will support a greater number of young people in training within the coworking space in a sequential manner.\n\nIn the Employability component, the last two cohorts were trained and subsequent coaching activities took place, thus concluding the Employability training activities. In addition, collaborations have been established with new partners in order to meet the significant demand for placements of young people in internships for which Cuso has taken over responsibility. This semester also saw the organization of 4 job fairs: 2 in Lubumbashi, 1 in Kinshasa and 1 in Bukavu.\n\nThe SIGR HR policy development component was marked by the organization of a refresher training course for managers from international and national organizations and companies in Kinshasa, the dissemination of the training received by managers to their colleagues in all cities, and the organization in Lubumbashi of an initial meeting to exchange good SIGR HR practices. As part of community outreach, the project continued its media campaign in all the cities of intervention, in collaboration with its implementing partners as well as new media partners mobilized for the occasion, to promote inclusion. The campaign included the production of numerous broadcasts and increased involvement from various actors, including the young people being supported. In addition, in partnership with the IPs, the project has intensified community engagement sessions, with increased coverage, particularly in the cities of Lubumbashi and Bukavu.\n\nThe family support component also made progress, thanks to the organization of numerous support and family mediation meetings involving a growing number of families in response to increasingly urgent demand. Finally, partnerships established with several local structures to provide psychosocial care and sexual and reproductive health services have been successful, as they have made it possible to absorb the remaining value of the related indicator.\n\nThe project has been  affected by the security crisis in the east of the country, particularly in Bukavu  which is under M23 occupation. This situation has led to the suspension of some activities to ensure the safety of stakeholders, including partners and beneficiaries of the program. This also led to the decision to transfer some indicators from the entrepreneurship training activities initially planned in Bukavu to Kinshasa and Lubumbashi. For example, the planned quota of young people to receive in-depth training in entrepreneurship in Bukavu was reallocated to
