It gave the partners tools and strategies to apply to advancing in their own specific agendas the partners needs assessment were\ninitiated multiple individual and collective conversations, dialogues and check ins were organised and partners were taught about WILPF MENA teams\nfeminist approach in relationship building and approaching solidarity across the movement.\n\nResults per output are presented below:\nOutput 1: Feminist grassroot organisations and womenled initiatives are better resourced to focus on advancing their own feminist peace agendas\n\nFlexible funding enabled WILPF to support 11 feminist organisations in six countries (Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia) to cover main\noperation costs, retain staff, and continue operating despite conflict, occupation, and authoritarian crackdowns. The organisations' work spanned four key areas: documentation as resistance, safe spaces and collective healing, advocacy and policy influence and survival, adaptation and sustainability.\nIn Lebanon, partners were able to maintain the SRHR hotlines and support networks even under bombardments. A thematic case study was conducted to\nhighlight how partners in Lebanon mobilised during the war to meet urgent needs while advancing feminist peace. It featured three stories of change\ntogether with the report to showcase examples and details on partner's advancement and capabilities. Stories from partners in Lebanon show how they\nnavigated active conflict by adapting quickly to urgent needs. For example, the Knowledge Workshop shifted from its usual focus on feminist and environmental justice to immediate crisis response, enabled by its flexible funding and community rooted approach. These cases, according to WILPF, highlight the vital role such organisations play in both immediate crisis management and longterm community resilience, showing that longterm adaptability is a key to achieving lasting community empowerment and justice.\nPartner organisations have created archives and feminist narratives that safeguarded marginalised stories and documented abuse, including against\nPalestinian women with disabilities. Feminist clubs, craft circles and other collective learning communities gave women and marginalised groups the opportunity to get political education, a chance to recover and a sense of community. Grassroot research was transformed into policy demands and advocacy, such as the strengthened protection for migrant workers.\nThe partner organisation in Tunisia, through the flexible funding provided by WILPF, has strengthened protection mechanisms and expanded support\nservices for women and girls survivors of genderbased violence. The organisation launched a dedicated support cell that has provided direct\nassistance to women and girls. Services include: social support legal assistance, including free judicial support and coverage of legal fees for\nsurvivors of domestic violence  psycho-social support and active listening access to shelters. The organisation has also introduced a mobile support unit\noperating across Tunis, including on weekends when most GBV services are unavailable but cases of violence are most prevalent. This initiative ensures that\nsurvivors can access immediate assistance during critical moments, even when\nother support systems are closed.\nThe flexible funding model has enabled partners to prioritise adaptation and longterm movement building. Partners' budget allocations differed based on\ntheir priorities and agendas but three main priorities could be identified: core costs, capacity building, and knowledge production.\n\nOutput 2: Feminist grassroot organisations and womenled initiatives are technically supported to participate in and influence feminist peace.\nThrough the project's Technical Support Plan, partner organisations have received training in WILPF's finance and procurement induction workshop. This\nis expected to lead to improved reporting capabilities and increased financial transparency among partners.\nPartner organisations were invited to individual Partners Needs Assessment (PNA), which helped the organisations complete the financial reports and\naddress technical difficulties, building both administrative capacity and confidence. These individual assessments were conducted with all partners during the summer of 2024 and provided a deeper understanding of their collective needs, priorities, and challenges. The PNAs also showed a strong trend towards\npartners actively seeking regional and international collaborations. Insights from the assessments made it possible to give tailored support interventions and\ncreate a common basis for continued networking and solidarity in the region.\nIn 2025, TSP will include learning sessions on decolonial feminism, resistance to militarisation, alternative financing, and strategies against digital violence against women. Partner organisations are involved in co-designing these activities.\n\nOutput 3: Feminist grassroot organisations and womenled initiatives have enhanced networking and movement building opportunities facilitated by WILPF\nThe inception meeting in November 2024 brought together all partner organisations and the WILPF team. This meeting was intended to provide a space for building trust and relationships ahead of the regional gathering in Nairobi. The partners came together in an inclusive, partnered regional gathering in\nNairobi. The gathering enabled joint analysis of structural oppression, such as colonialism, capitalism and militarism, and the development of strategies for\ntransnational feminist solidarity. The gathering had four key discussions: global politics, militarization and capitalism, decreasing trust in multilateral spaces,\nNGOisation and funding, and building transnational feminist solidarity. The gathering further prioritised the development of knowledge and\ndocumentation. Together with partners, WILPF has produced podcasts, interviews, and informal storytelling sessions that centered feminist narratives\nand served as a tool for awareness raising. WILPF produced four episodes of the Political Is Personal Podcast series exploring topics such as backlash and\nfeminist resistance in MENA, the impact of conflicts on economies through a feminist lens, the feminist movement in Sudan, and feminist leadership in times\nof crisis and disaster.\n\nOutput 4: Resourcing procedures at WILPF are enhanced for the feminist movement\n\nThe WILPF report states that the organisation has strengthened team integration and collaboration. The restructuring of the MENA team has enabled a more\ncohesive way of working, with staff working across projects and functions, reducing silos and strengthening internal capacity for crisis response.\nIn terms of resourcing, WILPF chose to remove external consultants form the process and instead rely on internal staff to lead the enhancement of resourcing procedures. This decision was made to ensure full ownership and collective responsibility over the process and outcomes. One of the improvements was a modified partner selection approach designed to support more grassroots and radical feminist groups, particularly those working with niche, underserved and marginalised
