Viss\nförsiktighet vad gäller slutsatserna bör dras när det gäller indikatorer som bygger\npå självuppskattning, där ländernas representanter själva fått rapportera in om\nde har uppnått resultat eller ej. T.ex. att 28 av 129 länder har minskat sina\nutsläpp jämfört med föregående år. Eller att 51 av 133 länder rapporterar att de\nhar ökad anpassningsförmåga, ökad resilisence och minskad sårbarhet jämfört\nmed föregående år. Hela 80 procent av länderna uppskattar att de är på väg att\nuppnå målen i sina NDC:er.\nDäremot har 64 av medlemsländerna genom NDCPs stöd utvecklat och antagit\npartnerskapsplaner som vägleder och operationaliserar implementeringen av\nNDC:erna. Det är ett mycket mer konkret och verifierbart resultat. Det återstår\ndock att se vad dessa planer leder till i praktiken men det är ett viktigt första\nsteg.\nDessutom har 76 länder mottagit stöd i en tidsbunden utlysning för att\nharmonisera länders Long term Low Emission strategies (LTLEDS) med\nNDC:er.\nRelevansen för fattigdomsbekämpning är oftast indirekt i genom att NDCP bidrar\ntill att bekämpa klimatförändringarna som oproportioneligt drabbar fattiga. Dock\nhar även NDCP en direkt mekanism genom det som kallas whole of society, där\nen mångfald av samhällets grupper kan komma till tals, inklusive\nmarginaliserade grupper. 85% av de svarande länderna meddelar att de har en\nförbättrade approach för Whole of society.\nAv länderna som fått stöd från NDCP har 61 % integrerat sin NDC i nationella,\nregionala eller sektoriella
