Organisationen arbetar för att stärka flyktingars representation inom kvinnorörelsen och har lyckats få finansiering från flera andra givare.\n\n- I Ukraina resulterade KtKs stöd till den ukrainska organisationen Women's perspectives i att organisationens påverkansarbete bidrog till att åklagare nu accepterar utlåtande från psykoterapeuter som bevis i kriminella mål som handlar om sexuellt och genusbaserat våld. Resultatet är alltså en förändring i rättspraxis och ett tydligare fokus på offer. \n\nResultatexempel från delkomponent som finansieras under strategin för fred säkerhet och stabilisering 2024-2028:\n\nGenom att stärka partners engagemang och räckvidd samt kunskaps- och evidensgenerering har programmet stärkt både deltagandet och kvinnorättsrörelsers inflytande. Genom programmet har KtK kunnat fungera som en brygga mellan lokala organisationer och det internationella samfundet.\n\nI en kontext präglad av allt mer repressiva stater och en demokratisk tillbakagång, betonar KtK att resultat inte enbart återspeglas i formella policyförändringar, utan även i ökad långsiktig synlighet och mobilisering, stärkt samverkan mellan organisationer samt civilsamhällets fortsatta möjligheter att delta i och påverka policydialoger.\n\nProgrammets aktiviteter har stärkt integreringen av jämställdhets-, funktionsrätts- och HBTQIA-perspektiv samt ökat medvetenheten kring inkluderingen av SGBV och SRHR inom bredare policyramverk. \n\nProgrammet har haft ett starkt fokus på att stärka kvinnorörelsen i regionen vad gäller säkerhetsarbete, både  digital säkerhet men också operativ motståndskraft, psykiskt stöd samt beredskapsplanering. Denna typ av stöd rapporterar Kvinna till Kvinna har gjort kvinnorörelsen starkare när det gäller att motstå repression och underlättat för organisationer att vara aktiva i sina lokala samhällen.\n\nGenom ett fördjupat gränsöverskridande samarbete mellan kvinnorättsorganisationer har framsteg gjorts mot programmets övergripande mål; att främja en diversifierad och inkluderande kvinnorörelse.  Enligt KtK:s rapportering har programmet lyckats samla KtK:s partnerorganisationer i säkra och trygga miljöer och över konfliktlinjer för att möjliggöra erfarenhetsutbyte.  Enligt programmets förändringsteori förväntas detta leda till en starkare kvinnorörelse i hela regionen.\n\nGenom programmet har KtK under året gett stöd till 12 kvinnorättsorganisationer  i regionen
