The reporting is strongest at activity, output and reach level, while the analysis of outcome-level change, contribution and sustainability could be further developed in future reporting.\n\nUnder the objective of creating a safer and more inclusive environment for women and girls, CREAW reports that it directly reached 23,799 people during the reporting period. A particularly important result is that 7,965 survivors were supported through CREAWs interventions. This indicates that the organisation continues to play a relevant role in survivor-centred support, referral pathways and access to services for women and girls affected by violence. The report also notes that 1,213 GBV service providers were trained and that 710 health providers were trained or coached. These are important results as they contribute to strengthening the capacity and responsiveness of actors who interact directly with survivors.\n\nCREAW also reports work to improve service accountability and community engagement. For example, 59 health facilities reportedly used community scorecards. This is a relevant example of a result that goes beyond direct service delivery, as it seeks to strengthen feedback loops, accountability and quality of services. For the incoming Programme Officer, this is an area where future reporting could usefully provide more analysis on how the scorecards influenced service delivery, survivor experience or institutional responsiveness.\n\nA further result is CREAWs role in supporting and resourcing womens rights organisations and grassroots actors. The report indicates that CREAW managed KES 334,960,675 in sub-grants, including KES 31.5 million in flexible funding to 24 womens rights organisations. Out of the 24, 7 benefitted from Swedish support. This is significant from a localisation and movement-strengthening perspective. It shows that CREAWs role is not limited to direct implementation, but also includes channelling resources to other womens rights actors. However, given the volume of sub-granting and outstanding partner receivables noted in the financial reporting, this area should continue to be closely followed up through partner-level reporting, financial reconciliation and analysis of results achieved by implementing partners.\n\nUnder the objective of improving womens and girls socio-economic well-being and autonomy, the report includes examples of economic empowerment support. CREAW reports KES 27.55 million in business grants and KES 4.227 million in concessional loans. It also reports that 564 girls and young women received skilling support. These are relevant results in relation to womens economic justice and autonomy. Future reporting should, however, provide stronger analysis of what changed for the women and girls reached, for example in terms of income, business survival, access to decent work, savings, decision-making power or reduced vulnerability.\n\nOne important and somewhat unexpected result noted in the report is a 42 per cent rise in GBV reports. This should not automatically be interpreted as an increase in violence. It may also indicate increased awareness, improved trust in reporting mechanisms, better access to services or increased confidence among survivors to seek help. However, the report would benefit from further analysis of what explains the increase, whether it reflects increased incidence, improved reporting, or both, and how CREAW and its partners are adapting their interventions in response.\n\nOverall, the results reported are relevant and broadly aligned with CREAWs strategic objectives and Swedens core support. The strongest examples are the number of survivors supported, the strengthening of GBV and health service providers, the use of community scorecards, the scale of sub-granting to womens rights organisations, and the economic empowerment support through grants, loans and skilling. At the same time, future reporting should move beyond reach and activity figures and provide more evidence of outcome-level change, partner-level contribution, sustainability and
