Under 2024 har\nmedlemsorganisationerna (MO) fortsatt utbyta metoder och ökat sin kapacitet som utbildare. MO har i interna utvärderingar bekräftat ökningen av sin operativa såväl som strategiska kapacitet att engagera män i jämställdhetsarbetet. På strategisk nivå har både diskussioner inom\npartnergruppen och enskilda möten med mentorer hjälpt partners att utforma strategier för att effektivt inspirera män att delta i aktiviteter och\nonline-diskussioner. På operativ nivå har alla lokala partners, i varierande grad, använt metoder som delats inom den regionala plattformen och från andra aktörer i det bredare globala nätverket i sitt arbete med män och pojkar.\nExempel på konkreta resultat och aktiviteter:\n- En chattstödtjänsten togs i bruk och tillhandahöll direkt psykosocialt stöd genom utbildade specialister till 84 män. \n- 284 män deltog i självreflekterande gruppsessioner med fokus på maskulinitetsnormer, våld och jämställdhet.\n- En social medieplattform blev en kanal för uppsökande verksamhet, och tillsammans med andra online-plattformar bidrog den till att\ninnehåll om maskulinitet och jämställdhet nådde cirka en miljon människor.\n- En MO har befäst sitt samarbete med en hälsoklinik, som aktivt arbetar med pappors vårdansvar för sina barn, samt stödjer kliniken med kunskap och\nmaterial om maskulinitetsnormer, jämställdhet och våldsförebyggande.\n- Flera MO genomförde fysiska workshops och diskussionsträffar. I en kontext accepterade fem män att delta i en mer långsiktig utbildningsprocess för att bli grupphandledare för framtida samtalsgrupper.\n- MO träffades fysiskt vid tre tillfällen för att utbyta erfarenheter, ta del av metoder och kommunikationsstrategier för att engagera män och diskutera\nkvinnors rättigheter, psykosocial hälsa och unga mäns attityder till samtycke och pornografi.\nUtöver fysiska möten träffades partnergruppen för online-utbildningar och organiserade en digital Metodfestival om nya metoder för att engagera män\noch pojkar för jämställdhet.\nGruppen lanserade också en gemensam publikation om maskulinitetsnormer i EESC-regionen, på Internationella mansdagen den 19 november 2024.\nSida bedömer att årsrapporteringen från MÄN indikerar många relevanta aktiviteter och
