The elected board has been assisted in the establishment phase to understand organization`s Strategic Plan, RAF, strategic budget, programs and all internal policies that have been developed, as a first step in approving the documents. This sets the stage for the gradual establishment of an active board that will play the envisioned strategic role.\nWomen's Initiatives worked on a large number of internal strategies, policies to guide human resource management and finance, and developed a number of manuals, policies on programmatic work. Women's Initiatives provides humanitarian assistance to refugees, this new role could continue for a while (due to war in Ukraine). During 2023, the organization contributed to the development of a humanitarian support system and procedures.\n\n2024\nDuring 2024, in relation to Outreach and awareness-raising to the general public on domestic violence and human trafficking Prgramme, number of rights holders (women, girls, men, and boys), events, actions, posts on human rights increased. Collaboration with duty bearers, including local educational institutions, was successfully performed and the outreach was  expanded to students. Also the Platform for Combating Violence Against Women and Girls from the left bank of Nistru, that is supported by WI, managed to get more popularity in the region. A lot of effort was put into a better coordination of activities among organizations (the secretariat of Platform is hosted by WI).\nReferring to Program 2, Prevention, Protection and Assistance for Victims of Trafficking and Victims of Domestic Violence and Capacity Building for Rights Holders, the number of rights holders who received different type of services increased a lot. The organization is present in 2 more communities besides Tiraspol (Slobozia, Grigoriopol) and the indicator has been overreached several times more, even though the organization did not manage to get proper phisical offices in communities and are travelling to communities frequently. \nThe organization keeps on following its internal policies (even though some of them needs adjustments according to recent audit report), and invest in the development of the team accordingly to set targets in Program 3: Institutional Development of Women's Initiatives.\n\n2025-2026\nWomen's Initiatives expanded its reach to rights holders affected by domestic violence and trafficking, resulting in an increase in the number of women, men, girls and boys accessing information, protection services, counselling and referral support. This contributed to improved access to rights and protection mechanisms in a region where such services remain limited. \nThe organization strengthened prevention and awareness efforts on domestic violence and human trafficking, increasing public outreach through events, campaigns, social media content and educational activities. \nCollaboration with educational institutions expanded, enabling awareness-raising activities to reach more students and strengthening engagement of young people in discussions on human rights, violence prevention and gender equality. \nThe Platform for Combating Violence Against Women and Girls from the left bank of Nistru increased its visibility and coordination role, strengthening cooperation among civil society organizations working on women's rights and protection issues. \nProtection services were expanded beyond Tiraspol city (where the organization is located) to additional communities, including Slobozia and Grigoriopol, increasing the geographical coverage of support available to rights holders. Although permanent offices were not established, regular outreach missions improved access to services for vulnerable
