It also piloted these instruments to the end of increasing transparency and public participation in selected national and local-level authorities.\n At the level of engagement of citizens in decision-making processes and using transparency and public participation tools to solve community issues, CPR completed the third edition of the Instigation to Democracy programme, by which it engaged over 50 beginner activists in using democracy tools to achieve social change.\n All of the above were complemented by communication products  articles, guidelines and explainer materials, that ensure dissemination of know-how and encourage public debates on the topics of access to information and public participation.\n\n2024\nIn 2024, CPR continued to engage with its governing structures, by holding one meeting of the Board and one of its General Assembly. The organization has continually engaged with its members and alumni. \nIn relation to Organizational Development, the team was expanded and  internal decision-making and responsibilities were clarified. \nReferring to Access to Information, Transparency & Public Participation, the organization led national dialogue on improving access to information laws. The team provided training to 100 public servants; more outreach planned for 2025 including collaboration with ministries and recruitment from City Halls. CPR produced studies and articles to improve legal frameworks and citizen engagement. CPR co-organized Moldova`s first Civic Engagement Conference, and continued to focus on legislation reform and citizen participation in decision-making. The \"Instigation to Democracy\" Project was at its fourth edition and involved women-led community initiatives, focusing on advocacy and civic involvement.\nThe team continued to rise their capacities and develop the Green Transition pillar. They monitored environmental legislation, trained researchers in policy writing.\nIn relation to Human Rights & Civil Liberties, CPR continued legal and policy work on refugee protections, monitored public assemblies. It will release findings and advocate for civil liberties especially during upcoming elections. During reporting period, the organization continued their strong commitment to gender sensitivity and inclusion.\n\n2025-2026\nCPR contributed to improving access to information and transparency through policy advocacy, methodological guidance and regulatory proposals, including a proactive transparency guide reflected in the Open Government Plan.\nThrough the \"Instigation to Democracy\" programme and cooperation with regional NGOs, local activists and civil society organizations enhanced their capacity to engage in decision-making processes, strengthening civic participation and community-level problem solving beyond the capital.\nCPR further consolidated its role as a credible policy and advocacy actor through active engagement in public consultations, reform processes, national coalitions and stakeholder dialogue on transparency, participation, human rights and democratic governance.\nIn the human rights field, CPR continued monitoring compliance with human rights
