SPA assisted in the construction of a leadership manual. The result was a more user-friendly manual and the inclusion of a gender perspective\n\n2. SPA assisted in developing a plan for implementing transformational leadership within the Colombian police. The result was a tool designed to support the adoption of transformational leadership, along with a strategic document presented to senior police management.\n\nWithin gender integration:\n\n1. A workshop was conducted to develop a plan for how gender should be incorporated into the project\n\n2. A workshop\u002Ftraining with FBA was conducted on \"gender responsive leadership,\" where participants gained increased knowledge on the topic. FBAs internal manual was distributed, which also provided input for the leadership manual mentioned above.\n\n3. A training of the police's own \"gender group\" was conducted, to highlight the resolution on gender that previous phases of the project have contributed
