According to the report, this increase was linked to improved access to services, particularly in Gaza following the partial resumption of field activities, as well as increased accessibility for vulnerable groups.\n\nICHR carried out 1,123 visits to detention centres, rehabilitation facilities and care institutions. These visits contributed to concrete improvements in detention conditions, including the establishment of a 24\u002F7 medical clinic in detention facilities, measures to reduce overcrowding, and the opening of the first women's ward in Hebron Rehabilitation Centre. The Commission also successfully advocated for the installation of surveillance cameras in investigation rooms across the West Bank as a preventive measure against ill-treatment and abuse.\n\nThrough legal review and policy advocacy, ICHR reviewed 10 draft laws and decree-laws and contributed to a number of institutional responses, including the rescinding of problematic Sharia Court instructions regarding missing persons, government engagement on compulsory lending practices affecting public employees, and interventions that resulted in the release of a detained citizen.\n\nIn the area of economic and social rights, ICHR's advocacy contributed to improved access to specialised healthcare for Multiple Sclerosis patients, advanced protection frameworks for unaccompanied and separated children, and renewed policy discussions concerning labour rights and social protection.\n\nHuman rights awareness and outreach activities remained extensive despite the challenging context. During the year, ICHR delivered 30 training courses reaching 758 participants, conducted 84 awareness sessions reaching 4,288 participants, and implemented 66 advocacy activities linked to key human rights themes and international observance days.ICHR significantly expanded its digital outreach and public engagement.\n\nThe Commission produced more than 1,500 multimedia outputs and generated over 9.3 million views across its social media platforms, substantially increasing the reach of its human rights messaging and public awareness efforts.\n\nAt the international level, ICHR strengthened its engagement with UN human rights mechanisms, including treaty bodies, special procedures and the Human Rights Council.
