Antalet medlemmar i Awid har fortsatt att öka från 8 518 medlemmar i december 2024 till 9 612 vid slutet av 2025  en tillväxttakt på cirka 13 %. Den mest betydande ökningen ses bland unga medlemmar och vid slutet av 2025 var 70 % av Awids medlemmar under 30 år. Flera andra grupper växer också särskilt snabbt. Den snabbaste proportionella tillväxten mellan 2023 och 2025 fanns bland personer med funktionsnedsättningar (120 %), personer från urfolk (118 %) och personer i informellt arbete (115 %). Geografiskt kommer de flesta medlemmarna från Afrika samt östra, södra och sydöstra Asien.\n\nI sin årsrapport för 2025 presenterar Awid hur de har implementerat och anpassat sitt program för att möta sina medlemmars behov av stöd och gemenskap under ett år präglat  av negativa trender när det gäller demokrati, kvinnors och icke-binära personers mänskliga rättigheter, krympande civilt utrymme och minskad finansiering för WROs.  \n\nKonkreta exempel på Awids arbete under 2025 inkluderar: 10 Movement Hubs (fysiska möten på landnivå med digital uppkoppling till globala evenemang) som möjliggjorde lokalt engagemang i internationella sammankomster som CSW, COP och HRC. Hubbarna stöttar lokala organisationer att få tillgång till information och dra nytta av politiskt momentum för sitt arbete.\n\nI Nigeria använde kvinnliga bönder på gräsrotsnivå sitt HUB för att stärka sitt påverkansarbete kring klimaträttvisa och livsmedelssystem. I Uganda organiserade CSW70-hubben feministiska organisationer, advokater, beslutsfattare och samhällsledare för dialog om digitalt våld, tillgång till rättvisa och menstruell hälsa. Hubben utnyttjade det globala CSW70-temat  Att säkerställa och stärka tillgången till rättvisa för alla kvinnor och flickor för att få möjlighet att besöka Luzira kvinnofängelse vilket tidigare inte varit möjligt. Möjligheten att besöka fängelset har därefter förlängts ytterligare ett år, vilket skapar nya möjligheter för fortsatt arbete med fängelsemyndigheterna och stärker tillgången till rättvisa för fängslade kvinnor.\n\nI Gambia gjorde CSW70 Huben det möjligt för en lokala partner att engagera sig direkt med Ministeriet för Handel, Industri, Regional Integration och Anställning, vilket hjälpte dem att positionera organisationen som en erkänd förespråkare för hemarbetares rättigheter. Sedan dess har Huben sett ett ökat självförtroende bland deras medlemmar  hemarbetare  när det gäller att hävda sina rättigheter, inklusive en växande vilja att kräva skriftliga kontrakt och rapportera arbetsplatsvåld och övergrepp.\n\nPublikationer och online-resurser som \"Where is the Money?\" som ger uppdaterad information om finansieringssituationen. Den faktabaserade informationen är viktig för lokala organisationer för att förstå att de finansieringsnedskärningar de kan uppleva är en del av en global trend. För att stödja lokala organisationer att identifiera möjliga finansieringsmöjligheter lanserade Awid databasen \"Who can fund me?\" samt en insamlingsguide för små gräsrotsorganisationer.\n\nAWID uppmärksammade Internationella dagen för arbetares rättigheter genom ett webbseminarium om villkoren för omsorgsarbetare globalt. Nästan 350 personer deltog och tog del av erfarenheter från sjukvårdare i Indien, migrantarbetare i hemmen i Libanon och omsorgspersonal som arbetar med personer som lever med HIV i Uganda. Seminariet synliggjorde att omsorgsarbete som är avgörande för människors välbefinnande, ofta utförts av personer som själva är marginaliserade och som diskrimineras genom lagstiftning, patriarkala strukturer, Kafala-systemet som gör migrantarbetare beroende av sin arbetsgivare, könsbaserat våld och exploaterande arbetsvillkor. \n\nAWID bidrar aktivt till evidensbaserad kunskapsuppbyggnad om motreaktionen och arbetar i partnerskap med koalitioner som Observatoriet för universella rättigheter (OURs) som publicerar rapporter för att dela
