These services were developed to address the specific needs of Ukrainian citizens, including war veterans, internally displaced persons, and other vulnerable groups. Among them are:\n\n- A service enabling the issuance of extracts from the Unified State Register of War Veterans at Administrative Service Centres (TSNAPs), reducing processing time from 30 days to 5 minutes.\n- Digital applications for war-related disability status and recognition of family members of deceased defenders, available both online via the Diia platform and offline through TSNAP administrators.\n- A service allowing students under the age of 23, who are children of fallen defenders, to apply for state-funded tuition compensation for higher education.\n- A tool for entrepreneurs to digitally request changes to their business plans under the state microgrant programme, including adjustments to product types and pricing.\n\nA total of 18,301 civil servants completed the Digitalisation in Public Sector training programme. Participant feedback indicated high levels of satisfaction and practical relevance.\n\nThe Womens Leadership Programme was relaunched, engaging 25 female civil servants from national and regional institutions in structured leadership development activities.\n\nThe TSNAP Monitoring Course, incorporating modules on barrier-free access and inclusion, reached final production stage. Public launch is scheduled for October 2025. (TSNAP are Administrative Service Centres in Ukraine, one-stop shops for citizens to access a wide range of public administrative services.)\n\nThe Digital Accessibility Competence Centre (DACC) was formally established and began providing expert consultations, training, and accessibility audits to public authorities. Accessibility audits were conducted for key platforms, including the Ministry of Social Policy website and Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services. These platforms were upgraded to comply with WCAG 2.1 standards.\n\nTargeted training sessions were delivered to: National Police of Ukraine, Pension Fund of Ukraine (Vinnytsia region) and Local authorities in Kirovohrad, Poltava, Mykolaiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. These activities enhanced institutional capacity to implement digital accessibility standards.\n\nThe Unified Web Portal of Executive Authorities was technically upgraded to meet national accessibility standards.\n\nThe Diia mobile application underwent an accessibility audit.
