Referenserna genom sidhänvisningar nedan hänvisar till \"Cultivating Change, Annual Report, 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025\".\n\nUtfallsområde 1: Livsmedels- och inkomsttrygghet [Ekon] [M5]\n\nResultat redovisas från alla länder (förutom Bangladesh som inte deltar i utfallsområde 1), högt över förväntan på undermålsnivå med engagemang av 6 460 (varav 62% kvinnor) bönder i agro-ekologisk kapacitetsutveckling genom 259 farmer field schools (FFS). Av dessa använder 5 007 (varav 64% kvinnor) bönder dessa agroekologiska metoder i sin odling. Dessutom har förädling av nya grödor och anpassade sorter fortsatt och resulterat i 20 anpassade grödor och 37 nya sorter, vilket var mer än dubbelt jämfört med förväntan. Man ser också att kvinnor stärks och får mer ledande positioner genom sitt deltagande (46% av deltgande kvinnor) i lokala värdekedjor, FFS, lokala utsädesbanker och de 41 nyetablerade kooperativen. Kvinnors röst har också stärkts enligt rapporteringen i Zambia, Zimbabwe och Peru genom kurser i policypåverkan. Inom arbetet med institutionella processer har man i Zimbabwe genom en nationell workshop bidragit till en god grund för en kunskapsgemenskap vad gäller lantbrukarstyrt utsädessystem som dessutom matar in i Afrikanska Unionens arbete för ett policy ramverk för hela Afrika. (Sid 19-20) [ACT\u002FTARGET]\n\nI policyarbetet rapporterar man också signifikanta resultat genom att man äntligen tillsammans med partners fått se antagandet av internationell lagstiftning (WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge) som stärker urfolk och småbrukares rätt gentemot biopiratkopiering genom att inkludera obligatorisk upplysningsskyldighet i patentansökan (Sid 16). I Zambia lyckades CSO- partners och lantbrukarorganisationer med kort varsel avstyra ett hastverk till lagförslag som skulle hota lantbrukares rättigheter samt möjligheter att bygga ett lantbrukarlett utsädessystem. Det gjordes genom kampanjen Burn the Bill (bränn lagen) (Sid 17) [GLOB\u002FNORM] [NAT\u002FINST].\n\nOxfam med partners arbetar också för att hålla institutioner och företag ansvariga och har i det arbetet tagit fram en Pesticidstrategi för att minska pesticidanvändning (i synnerhet EU export av förbjudna pesticider) och stödja övergång till agro-ekologiska system. Arbetet har resulterat i ökad medvetenhet av kostnaden för storskaligt industriellt lantbruk för miljö och människa. I Peru utmanades därmed gängse bild av familjelantbruk som ålderdomlig när människor blir mer medvetna om riskerna som industriellt modernt lantbruk kan föra med sig såsom gifter i mat och natur.  I de 8 kampanjerna man genomförde deltog 3 624 (1 311 kvinnor) personer. Under året producerades även 11 policysammanfattningar (Sid 20) [GLOB\u002FNORM] [NAT\u002FINST]\n\nUtfallsområde 2: Rätten till mark och resurser [Ekon] [M5]\n\nHär redovisas resultat huvudsakligen från Uganda och globalt men även i mindre omfattning Nepal och Brasilien. Återigen har man mestadels överträffat planen. År 1 har mest tillägnats förberedande arbete med undersökningar, möten och konsultationer och framtagande av kontextspecifika strategier och fältmanualer. Det är ett område som syns i resultatlistan med över 16 500 människor som deltog i tre kampanjer som genomfördes under året, varav 58% kvinnor. (Sid 26) [NAT\u002FINST] [GLOB\u002FNORM]\n\nSida uppmanar Oxfam att utnyttja vad andra har gjort inom området då det finns många som arbetar med markfrågor och mycket är gjort, t ex UNHabitat\u002FGLTN som även har varit\u002Fär verksamma med svenskt stöd i Zambia, Uganda, Nepal och Laos. Det globala arbetet Inom detta område har också redovisat resultat för länder utanför fokusländerna genom Oxfam Internationals kampanjer: Guatemala, Surinam, Filippinerna och Argentina.\n\nUtfallsområde 3: Klimaträttvisa och resiliens [Klimat] [mål 5, 7]\n\nHär redovisas resultat mest från Peru, Uganda, Bangladesh samt på global nivå. I detta utfallsområde underpresterar Oxfam genomgående jämfört med plan. Kommentarer på avvikelserna har lagts till resultatramverket i en senare version (2025-12-03). Området redovisas under tre rubriker som i stort följer Oxfams arbetssätt att parallellt bygga kapacitet i samhällen, organisationer och hos beslutsfattare, samt hålla de mäktiga ansvariga.\n\n3.1 Att reagera på och anpassa sig till klimatförändringar\n\nPå övergripande resultatnivå, stärks landsbygdsbefolkningar (speciellt kvinnor), vanligtvis kopplade till FFS:er för att bygga motståndskraft mot klimatförändringar och utveckla kapacitet att påverka planer (i synnerhet kring Nationally Determined Contributions, NDCs) och få ökad tillgång till klimatfinansiering. På outputnivå konstaterar man att mycket gjorts, 1 217 (847 kvinnor) personer (Sid 32) har tränats i klimatanpassning och utsläppsminskning och varningssystem och ytterligare 1 171 (787 kvinnor) har nåtts med kunskapsprodukter, man har gjort utsatthetsstudier i tre länder och även anpassningsplaner i Zimbabwe. I Uganda har man utvecklat ett verktyg att följa klimatfinansiering medan 85 kvinnor i både Uganda och Bangladesh nu har kapacitet att följa klimatfinansiering samt kunskap om hur man får tillgång till klimatfinansiering (Sid 33).\n\n3.2 Gräsrotsmakt i klimatsstyrning\n\nCultivating Change har tränat 55 ungdomar och 85 kvinnor att debattera, utforma och genomföra klimatplaner samt nätverka och bygga allianser för att införa mer deltagande processer i klimatfinansiering och förvaltning. De rapporterar att 28 lokalinvånare varav 75% kvinnor nu är aktivt deltagande i klimatpolicy, planering och uppföljningsprocesser i sina samhällen (Sid 33).\n\n3.3 Hålla de mäktiga ansvariga.\n\nHär rapporteras att man åstadkommit två fall av åtagande för policyförändring, vilket uppnåtts genom en mängd dialoger, konsultationer och events med beslutsfattare på olika nivåer. Kampanjen Make Rich Polluters Pay från det tidigare projektet SeedsGrow, upprepades i Bonn vid FNs förmöte till COP29 och en ny Skuggrapport om klimatfinansiering togs fram som visar att den klimatfinansiering som rika länder faktiskt tillför fattiga länder inte är så påtaglig som hävdas. Det rör sig om USD 28-35 miljarder snarare än de rapporterade USD 116 miljarder. Oxfam rapporten Carbon Inequality Kills fick också stor global uppmärksamhet och citerades av FNs generalsekreterare vid öppnandet av COP 29 där Oxfam och partners även deltog. Över 220 000 människor har agerat i kampanjer och 15 miljoner har nåtts digitalt. Ytterligare 5 studier\u002Fforskning\u002Fpolicysummeringar publicerades, bl a om Lantbruk och klimatfinansiering i Bangladesh (Sid 33).\n\nUtfallsområde 4. Tvärfrågor\n\nCentralt i jämställdhetsarbetet är jämställd tillgång till resurser och kunskap. Därför genomfördes kurser för att stärka kvinnors ledarskap, entreprenörskap, färdigheter inom jordbruksnäring och finansiell förståelse men även i påverkansarbete och policyprocesser. I Bangladesh etablerades två Farmers Labs of Wisdom for Restoration, Resilience and Rights och i Nepal agroekologiska lärohubbar som blev en trygg plats för kvinnor att lära och dela med sig av kunskap (Sid 35). Stärkta kvinnor har sedan etablerat påverkansnätverk och plattformar och deltagit i fora för att diskutera viktiga frågor som t ex i konferensen \"Women in Agriculture\" (kvinnor i lantbruk) i Uganda (Sid 36).\n\nI geografiska områden där SeedsGROW tidigare varit verksamma ser man att kvinnor tar mer av ledarroller medan i andra områden handlar det mer om kvinnors deltagande i siffror. Traditionella sociala normer där kvinnor ofta har lägre status och röst ändras inte så lätt men genom systematiskt användande av framtagna verktyg (såsom Gender Action Learning System, GALS, och Gender Journey, GJM, moduler från SeedsGrow) och framtagande av en Gender strategi för programmet till nästa år kommer man följa sina framsteg i att ändra sociala normer (Sid 27).  \n\nArbetet mot storföretagens makt fokuserade under första året på antagandet av EUs direktiv CSDDD (om corporate due diligence) som öppnar för folk som drabbats negativt av stora EU företags verksamhet att få kompensation. Lagen antogs i juli 2024 men var under året hotad genom kommissionens Omnibus plan vilket krävde ytterligare engagemang med blandat resultat (Sid
