Through these efforts, the project has contributed to:\n\n• Increased knowledge of EU legislation and institutional requirements.\n• Enhanced capacity of Ukrainian authorities and institutions to translate European Commission recommendations into practical reform measures.\n• Strengthened coordination among key actors within Ukraine's quality infrastructure\n\nThe project has also contributed to maintaining functionality and competence within Ukraine's quality infrastructure during the ongoing war, where factors such as high staff turnover and power outages, with their associated consequences, have affected the authorities ability to carry out their regular activities.\n\nAt the same time, the work in 2025 has been characterised by additional challenges. Government reform and institutional restructuring in Ukraine have affected several partner organisations, in some cases delaying planned activities or requiring adjustments to the focus of the work during the year. Despite this, the project has been able to continue through close dialogue with Ukrainian counterparts and a flexible implementation approach.\n\nOverall, the results for the year demonstrate that the project remains relevant and that the support largely corresponds to the needs identified by the Ukrainian partner organisations themselves. In 2025, the project has, in several areas, moved from an initial phase of orientation and trust-building to providing more concrete support for institutional development and EU
