The toolkit was tested and used to conduct a gap assessment on green lending on\nZimbabwe Agricultural Development Trust (ZADT). while the initial toolkit was developed for financial institutions , GGGI customised the toolkit to fit ZADT's\nmandate as a financial ecosystem actor.\n\n - GGGI continued to develop a standard green lending toolbox to define, supervise, monitor and report the impact and performance of the TA support. In\naddition, once the Green Lending Toolkit is finalized, GGGI will design and deliver a comprehensive training program specifically for Sida staff.\n \n- During the GTM project period, Regional Team Environment (RTE) identified financial institutions already engaged under existing guarantees schemes such\nas KCB Bank Kenya, Equity BCDC, and I&M Rwanda. Partners identified under the guarantee pipeline included NCBA, I&M Kenya, CRDB Bank Tanzania, Equity Tanzania, DFCU Bank Uganda, and Ecobank. However, during this period there were no guarantees materialised making the linkage to GTM difficult.\n\nThese activities\u002F engagements have formed a solid ground for the LIFT component 3.
