This adaptation will enable the Ministry of Culture to take the exhibition to different cities, with a focus on those that were more affected by the armed conflict.\n\n- Identification of 35 places of forensic interest with the potential to contain the remains of more than 175 missing persons, based on information obtained from perpetrators. With this result, the indicator about the number of forensic places identified was exceeded by 300%.\n\n- Technical support for advancing the investigations into gender-based violence as part of macro-case 11. Thanks to Sida's contribution, the three sub-cases have received input for the systematization and identification of potential restorative activities.\n\n- For the first time in history, the UN Team of Experts on Sexual Violence will work in Colombia supporting the SJP in investigating gender-based violence according to international standards. Sixty-one former military personnel involved in human rights violations and their lawyers received training to incorporate a restorative approach into their participation in judicial activities and dialogue with victims. As a result, a restorative dialogue was held in Comuna 13 in Medellín.\n\n- 20 entities and organizations received technical assistance to develop and strengthen participation mechanisms. \n\n- 34 protocols, mechanisms, and pathways designed and implemented by the Comprehensive System for Peace were supported, improving conditions for the effective performance of their functions. 44% of these methodological tools incorporate a gender-responsive approach.\n\n- 4,943 local women participated in substantive roles in peacebuilding processes.\n\n- 15 strategies were designed and implemented to promote victims participation in the implementation of the Peace Agreement.\n\n- 45 victims organizations and civil society organizations received support and gained access to mechanisms established by the Comprehensive System for Peace.\n\n- Technical assistance was provided to 6 JEP macro-cases and supported 50 decisions issued by JEP chambers.\n\n- 3 interinstitutional coordination projects were implemented with the National Government and the Mayors Office of Bogotá to support the implementation of the Peace Agreement.\n\n- Artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics tools were applied to strengthen humanitarian and extrajudicial search efforts, enabling the identification of 59,102 exact locations and the incorporation of more than 47,000 new search locations. Through the automated processing of 112,000 testimonies equivalent to an estimated 3655 years of manual work the initiative supported the recovery of identity information for 58,843 victims, including names, aliases, and occupations, and identified relevant information in 1,013 cases involving ethnic communities through algorithms incorporating a differential and culturally sensitive approach.\n\n- The Follow-up Committee for the Implementation of the Truth Commissions Recommendations strengthened the monitoring, territorialization, and technical support mechanisms for the implementation of the Commissions recommendations. This included the consolidation of 856 indicators to monitor progress on 94 recommendations, the identification and characterization of 258 key stakeholders to enhance territorial advocacy and engagement, the review of 9 departmental development plans to promote alignment with the recommendations, and the facilitation of 109 spaces for pedagogy, research, and advocacy to support implementation efforts. \n\n- Support to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) strengthened both accountability and restorative justice mechanisms across several macro-cases. This included enhancing the participation of 26 ethnic and peasant organizations (5 Indigenous, 4 Afro-descendant, and 17 peasant organizations) in Cases 02, 04, 05, 07, and Case 09 (Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta sub-case); providing technical assistance to Case 11 and its three sub-cases on sexual violence, reproductive violence, and other gender-based crimes in coordination with the United Nations Team of Experts (TOE); implementing a restorative training and accompaniment model for 60 members of the Public Force appearing before the JEP; and advancing the strategy Own Sanctions: Sentences that Restore What the Conflict Broke to support the implementation and public positioning of the JEPs first restorative sentences. \n\nThe contribution yielded some unexpected results concerning the utilisation of resources from public investments. In some of the 25 projects, Swedish resources were used as a financial contribution by IOM to increase the impact by implementing memory and articulation initiatives for the implementation of SJP sanctions and reparation for victims in collaboration with public institutions. Financed by the Mayor of Bogotá and the Ministry of the Interior, these initiatives align with the purpose of the contribution and leveraged an amount of SEK
