(SRC). The main results are the following:\n\nOutcome 1:\n\n- The construction of an apartment building for the temporary social housing center was nearly completed by the end of the reporting period, and was to be handed over to the local authorities in January 2026. Apart from providing housing opportunities for ITPs, it will enable access to health care, psychosocial support, and livelihoods opportunities. SRC and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) have mobilised their own resources to construct two further buildings in the center. 28 families (61 persons) have so far moved into the two buildings that have been completed. The capacity for the building is around 32-50 people at a given time (a family of 2-3 persons), and they can stay 6-12 months in an appartment depending on the needs. On a yearly basis, this implies that the total capacity is between 192-600 individuals.\n\nOutcome 2: \n\n- The project has seen strong engagement in psychosocial support, particularly in the Sumy oblast. 5,663 individuals participated in regular group and individual sessions, succeeding the originally set a target of 5,200 people.\n\n- Regular facilitation of community-based psychosocial support sessions for children, youth, and adults has been established. 102 staff and volunteers in Sumy were trained in Psychological First Aid with target of 60 (170% of target reached). With target of 5,200 participating in basic or focused psychosocial support activities, the project exceeded the planned result. Two URCS specialists were trained as trainers on Trauma-Informed care in September 2025 to enable further regional delivery.\n\nOutcome 3:\n\n- WASH assessments were completed in Kherson and Odesa Oblasts, leading to the identification of three communities for water infrastructure repairs and six institutions for installation of water filtration systems. Mobile WASH Units have already assisted 5,797 people in isolated communities near frontlines in Kherson and Sumy oblasts, exceeding the initial target of 2,450 for these units. Water pipe repairs commenced in Muzykivka, which is projected to secure long-term water access for approximately 580 people. A Swedish Red Cross WASH expert was deployed for two months to\nUnderground shelter for staff and patients in mental health institution to be equipped with drinking water filtration systems, Zadovivka, and will conduct a follow-up visit in November 2026.\n\n\nOutcome 4:\n\n- No specific results during the reporting period.
