The Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa Special Fund (SEFA 2.0) is a multi-donor fund for renewable energy and energy efficiency managed by the African Development Bank (AfDB). So far Denmark, Norway, Italy, USA and Spain are contributing to SEFA. The Nordic Development Fund plans to make a decision on support for SEFA in 2020. The agreement party for SEFA is AfDB.
