Overview
The contribution includes Sida funding of SEK 600 million in the form of core support for SCA's Strategic Plan 2023-2025. SCA's overall aim is to improve Afghan people’s influence over their lives and the fulfillment of their rights. The strategic plan has three areas of intervention: health, education and rural development. Integrated into the three areas is a programme for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
