The Swedish Civil Defence and Resilience Agency (previously MSB) has since 2001 received funding from Sida through framework agreements for financing of humanitarian operations. The overall objective of MSB’s humanitarian operations is to save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain human dignity for people affected by crisis, conflict and disasters.
