Overview
The programme builds on the successful Gaza Sky Geeks (GSG) initiative, launched in 2011 through a partnership between Mercy Corps and Google to promote digital entrepreneurship in Gaza. Sweden has supported the expansion of GSG to Gaza and the West Bank through the six-year programme Developing the Technology Ecosystem in Palestine (2019–2025, SEK 63 million).
