Overview
The purpose of the contributions is for the Swedish Migration Board to conduct an initial fact-finding mission to Azerbaijan in order to make connections and contextual understanding, before a possible EU Twinning proposal. Such missions, are considered valuable for the Swedish agency to understand the needs and requests from the partner, and facilitate Swedish public agencies’ contribution to capacity development of public institutions in countries outside the EU, through EU Twinning.
