Overview
The agreement with IGAD Centre of Excellence for Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (ICEPCVE) is for a pilot project to “Enhance Gender Sensitive Approaches among State and Non-State Actors to Prevent and Counter Violent Extremism (P/CVE) and Terrorism in East and Horn of Africa”.
