Overview
The "SME Competitiveness and Inclusion Programme for the Eastern Partnership Countries" (hereinafter referred to as EaP SMECI) is a regional flagship initiative launched by the EBRD in 2020 with funding from the European Commission. The programme is designed to improve the competitiveness and market access of SMEs in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, and to facilitate their integration into the EU market.
