Inclusive Markets for Energy Efficiency in Uganda -Phase 2 (IMEU-II) is a consortium initiative project led by SNV Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) in partnership with Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) and Makerere University, College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), with the Swedish Embassy in Kampala.
