Overview
The PPIMA project is carried out by Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) in Rwanda since 2010, and financed by Sweden and the UK / DFID, with a view to empower civil society to increase transparency and accountability. The evaluation of the first phase of PPIMA documented 31 examples of improvements in the provision of public services, public participation in planning and policy as a result of the use of "Community Scorecards" (CSC).
