The Heritage Institute for Policy Studies (HIPS) has applied to Sida for funding of 4 million SEK to carry out the ''HIPS strategic development plan 2015-2016'' in Somalia during the period 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2016. The intervention aims at strengthening HIPS which is a national policy institute to be able to play their role more effectively as a think tank influencing policy decisions on Somalia by producing policy briefs from their thematic research programs and outreach and impact…
