Overview

MDA is a multi-donor fund which aims at, through technical assistance and capacity strengthening projects, supporting reforms and policy development in accordance with the EU Aquis of Ukraine’s economy, business climate, energy efficiency, and sustainable growth. MDA’s cooperation partners are Ukrainian public sector entities and selected private sector institutions. The MDA has three priority components, namely public administration, corporate governance, and public private dialogue.
