The World Bank Group (WBG) through the Human Rights, Inclusion and Empowerment Trust Fund (HRIETF ) is mandated and committed (through its five institutions) to reduce poverty and increase shared prosperity (Twin-goals). The HRIETF follows on from the Nordic Trust Fund (NTF) and is based on discussions with the NTF donors during the second quarter 2019.
