Overview

The World Bank Group (WBG) has together with Sida identified the need for a mechanism that can enable investments into strategic, high-impact and low-cost SDG 17 initiatives implemented by WBG staff in partnership with non-Bank actors. To respond to this need, the WBG has in cooperation with Sida developed a concept note to launch a Bank-executed, multi-donor trust fund called "The World Bank Group Partnership Fund for the SDGs".
